This is our story...
Hub Village and Accabee are adjacent neighborhoods in lower North Charleston, centrally located in a rapidly changing area, near the intersection of Cosgrove and Azalea and nearby the Rivers Avenue commercial redevelopment. Its residents are hardworking people who care about their families, one another, and their community.
Their history is long, and their culture is rich … but their community is under-resourced, and ripe for gentrification..
Guided by the community’s vision, working with its citizens, and partnering with other organizations focused on bringing valuable resources and opportunities to the neighborhood, Bridge North Charleston is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help facilitate the holistic revitalization of the Hub Village and Accabee neighborhoods.
